We know you have lot's of choices and we consider your choosing us a compliment. Your meal is prepared from scratch. It will take a little longer in preparation.

Please ask for separate checks in advance. Parties of six or more will have 18% service fee added automatically. For split orders add $5 during lunch and $7 during dinner. We appreciate your business and will do our best to make your dining experience memorable.

THE KITCHEN WITH IMAGINATION
Our customers are in for a big treat. Chef Richard Wilkes, a CIA graduate, is totally revamping Pop's kitchen, menu, and service.

It is not Pop's goal to be the best and the biggest. Pop's goal, using Chef Wilkes' years of experience in New England, New York and Texas, is to offer fine and unique dining for a very small audience of appreciative customers. We want to be the best little bistro anywhere.

Now, as part of Pop's Safari Room Cuisine, enjoy Bricked Quail with a special glaze and fresh vegetables on a bed of rice. All week, Chocolate/Coffee Rub Smoked Prime Rib will be featured followed by a Chef Wilkes' special baked pear dessert stuffed with toasted walnuts and Stilton Blue Cheese then slathered in fresh homemade whipped cream and secret glaze.
