HELL'S HALF ACRE
Another Pop's original "Bad Boy Burgers" honoring the famous "Kelly
Burger" served from the early 1900's at 1500 Main street in the heart of
the infamous Hell's Half Acre District of Fort Worth. Sweet onions grilled into
a half pound of ground sirloin. While still on the grill mustard and tomato
are added then placed on a butter grilled bun. This burger was eaten by Fort
Worth's finest gangsters, gamblers, and cowboy drifters

A burger from the 1940's when loud music, painted ladies, and hungry cowpokes
blew off steam in an endless stream of bars and saloons like the famous Sky
liner, and Four Duce's Gambling Hall. This burger fed the masses. Half pound
of ground beef with a double layer of cheddar cheese and a piping hot blanket
of real Texas Chili and a side of jalapenos
